Built so any organisation can trust AI.
Faylo exists for one reason: to give organisations that work with sensitive data the productivity of modern AI without identifiable data ever leaving their control.
Why Faylo exists
Organisations in healthcare, law, government, financial services and beyond work every day with some of the most sensitive data there is: names, BSNs, medical, legal and financial details. At the same time, AI promises an enormous productivity gain in drafting, reviewing and advising. Those two worlds collide the moment identifiable data lands in a public chatbot — with direct AVG/GDPR exposure as a result.
We believe you should not have to choose between adopting AI and meeting your duty of care. So we built Faylo around a single principle: identifiable data is pseudonymised before it leaves your environment, and resolved again only inside your own tenant. Privacy then becomes a property of the design, not a promise.
What we believe
The three convictions that shape every decision we make about the product.
Privacy by architecture
Trust is earned with a design you can inspect, not with badges. What we promise, you can verify.
Plain language
Security only specialists understand protects no one. We explain everything in language a partner and a DPO both understand.
You stay in control
Keys, mappings and logs stay yours. Faylo operates the software; your organisation retains control of the data.
The guarantees behind those beliefs
Pseudonymised before egress
Names, BSN, KvK, BTW and IBAN are detected and tokenised before any text leaves your environment.
Resolved only in your tenant
The value-to-token vault and its keys live in your tenant; re-identification happens locally, never at the provider.
Inspectable by design
Every refraction and resolution is logged in your tenant, so your DPO can reconstruct exactly what was tokenised.
